Program Schedule
At BrightQuest, we take great pride in providing a vast selection of activities and group offerings. Our program is highly individualized for each client, so groups and schedules may vary greatly depending upon the needs of each individual.
In addition to the regular services provided by BrightQuest, we offer several supplemental programs that can be used to further your loved one’s treatment goals.
All supplemental programs offered at BrightQuest are optional, with the exception of the Recovery Case Management program, which is required for those individuals who suffer from a co-occurring addiction, as determined by the BrightQuest clinical team at the time of assessment.
We also host a bimonthly Multi-Family Support Group to support families through the process of healing and recovery.
Supplemental Programming and Group Offerings
BrightQuest’s weekly programming offers a holistic approach to mental health recovery; focusing on trauma education, emotional regulation, physical well-being, identity exploration, and building relationships.
- Mondays emphasize trauma recovery and skill-building through groups like food & mood, internal family systems (IFS), and seeking safety. During these groups, we highlight resilience and coping strategies.
- Tuesdays focus on managing emotions, fostering healthy communication, and self-regulation through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),
dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and assertiveness training. - Wednesdays bridge physical and mental health through nutrition education, restorative movement, and work development. These activities promote self-care and independence.
- Thursdays delve into identity, values, and connections through culture, spirituality, and narrative therapy. This encourages community leadership and self-understanding.
- Fridays prioritize relationships and belonging through family processing groups and peer-led community meetings; reinforcing interpersonal connections. Each group incorporates experiential and psychoeducational elements, aiming for skill mastery and sustainable recovery.

Family Support Group
Families are encouraged to participate in our bimonthly Multi-Family Support Group meetings.
These group meetings will provide family members the opportunity to connect with others who are also supporting their loved ones on their path toward mental health recovery. Here you will find support, guidance, shared experiences, and a community to share ideas with as you develop healthier coping skills based on the concepts acquired throughout family therapy.
