At BrightQuest Treatment Centers, we treat adults suffering from complex psychiatric disorders including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and co-occurring disorders. Since our founding in San Diego in 1979, we have helped many patients and families struggling with serious mental health disorders.

Family Support Group Dates
Every other month, we host a Multi-Family Support Group for the families of clients either in a BrightQuest program or awaiting admission. Our 2025 Family Support Group dates are:

Medical Record Request
If you are a former client and would like a copy of your medical records, or if you are a facility or practitioner that needs a former client’s medical records, please email your request to recordrequests@www.brightquest.com. We will need to have a current signed Release of Information in order for us to process any medical record request.
